Notable Quotes

You must keep sending work out; you must never let a manuscript do nothing but eat its head off in a drawer. You send that work out again and again, while you're working on another one. If you have talent, you will receive some measure of success - but only if you persist.
--Isaac Asimov

One of My Wackier Posts

Free to Good Home:

Basset Hound: Three years old. Well-behaved. Only chews up notecards that are in order, ready to start writing from. Likes to visit the local nursing homes for her extra petting requirements. Thinks a 65 pound dog is a lap dog.

Miniature dachshund: One year old. Will want to stay outside for hours. Will want to pee on your freshly mopped floors as soon as she has come in. Wakes up the master of the house with her cold, wet nose. On. The. Back. Of. Your. Neck.

Pardon my fat legs and unclean house. This was taken Christmas Day 2004. Butch was about 9 months old and Princess was about 3 years old.

Ew, that's gotta hurt. I hope there's enough of the notecards left to salvage the content. Yikes!

New layout is nice and the fat legs arn't so bad either.
